Art Terms and Conditions

Clear reference images are required. Text descriptions are acceptable as long as they’re detailed enough.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission if there is any negative behaviour. If this happens, you’ll be refunded.
Work-in-progress (WiP) sketches will be shared once I have a second flat-colour WiP ready for review.
Small changes can be made when I send the WiP sketch, but nothing that requires starting over.
Markings or flat colours can be adjusted, but no changes that drastically alter the artwork.
Please be clear about your request to avoid misunderstandings.
If I haven’t contacted you and the completion date is approaching, feel free to request a WiP update.
You are welcome to share my art on your platforms, but please tag me when you do.
Completion time is generally one week per piece, due to my work schedule, but I aim to finish sooner. It will not take longer than a week.
For multiple commissions, the one-week timeframe starts after the completion of the previous piece.
My art may not be resold in any form.
Watermarks must not be removed from my artwork.
Payment is through PayPal only.
Payment must be made before I begin your commission.
I post my artwork on social media. If you prefer that your commission not be shared, please let me know.
